We possess a modern production base equipped with internationally advanced stainless steel seamless pipe production and testing equipment. Relying on mature production processes and a strict quality control system, we achieve meticulous production throughout the entire process from raw materials to finished products, ensuring the consistent quality of every steel pipe.
In terms of production equipment, our factory is equipped with a complete set of equipment, including a 35MN extruder, a high-precision piercing mill, a multi-pass cold rolling mill, a hot rolling mill, a sizing mill, and a straightening machine. This enables fully automated production of round tubes, from heating and piercing to rolling, sizing, and straightening.
We use two core production technologies: hot rolling (extrusion) and cold drawing (rolling), following strict standardized procedures. Hot rolling (extrusion) precisely controls the whole process from round billet heating at about 1200°C, piercing, three-roll skew rolling, extrusion, sizing, cooling and straightening to hydrostatic testing, flaw detection, marking and storage. Cold drawing (rolling) adds heading, annealing, pickling and oiling after piercing, with multiple cold drawing (rolling) and heat treatment to achieve smooth surface and accurate dimensions for high-precision marine applications.
- Our products are manufactured in strict compliance with ASME SA789/SA789M, ASME SA312/SA312M, ASME SA213/SA213M, ASTM A312, ASTM A789 and EN10216-5. Available grades include TP304, TP304L, TP316, TP316L, TP316Ti, TP317L, TP310S, TP321, S32205 and more.
- We provide a full range of sizes: outer diameter 6–480 mm, wall thickness 0.5–45 mm,satisfying diverse requirements for different tonnages and types of vessels and supporting one-stop procurement.
- Our products are certified by leading global classification societies, including CCS, ABS and LR. We strictly follow GB/T 31928-2015 and the inspection requirements of classification societies.
- Each batch undergoes strict testing, including hydrostatic, eddy current, X-ray, ultrasonic and intergranular corrosion tests.
