ASME SA213/SA312/789 and EN10216-5 are major global standards for pressure resistant stainless and alloy steel tubes, representing the US and European systems. They are widely used in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive applications.
ASME SA213 is an ASME standard for seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy steel tubes used in boilers, superheaters and heat exchangers, focusing on high-temperature strength and creep resistance.
ASME SA312 covers seamless and welded austenitic stainless steel tubes for high-temperature and general corrosive service with a broader scope.
ASME SA789/SA789M applies to seamless and welded duplex stainless steel tubes, offering excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance for chemical, oil & gas and marine environments.
EN10216-5 is a European standard for seamless pressure stainless steel tubes, complying with EU pressure equipment requirements and emphasizing corrosion resistance and pressure performance.
What we offer is ASME SA213/SA213M, ASME SA312/SA 312M, ASME SA 789/SA789M and EN10216-5:2021 seamless pipe steel for shipbuilding.

1. Choose TP304/304L for general‑purpose, cost‑effective applications with basic corrosion resistance, with L grades preferred for welded components. Select TP316/316L for marine, chloride, and moderately corrosive environments, TP316Ti for enhanced welding stability, and TP317L for harsher chemical conditions. Use TP321 and TP310S for high‑temperature service, with TP310S suited for extreme heat and oxidation resistance.
2. Choose S31803 for cost‑effective, mild corrosion service. Select S32205 as the versatile duplex grade for seawater and general offshore use. Use S32750 for extreme, high‑chloride, harsh corrosive environments.
3. Choose 1.4301/1.4306 for general-purpose and cost-sensitive uses, with 1.4306 ideal for welded parts. Select 1.4401/1.4404/1.4571 for marine and chloride environments, offering improved weld corrosion resistance. Use 1.4410/1.4438 for harsh chemical conditions, 1.4462 as a general duplex grade for seawater, and 1.4541/1.4845 for high-temperature applications.

Our marine stainless steel seamless pipes are packed strictly in line with classification society and marine shipping requirements. Lead time varies by material, specification, inspection, and order volume, generally taking 8–19 days, and can be reduced if stock is available.
We advise you to plan in advance and confirm your detailed requirements. We will also arrange production actively as per the contract to secure on-time delivery and avoid delays to your project.

We supply marine-grade seamless stainless steel pipes complying with ASME and EU standards. Customization includes O.D., W.T., length, beveling, polishing, pickling and passivation.
We provide ABS, LR, DNV, BV, CCS factory approval, type approval and test certificates. We fully cooperate with surveyors for inspection and witnessed tests.
From raw material to finished pipes, we conduct chemical & physical analysis, tensile, impact, hardness, intergranular corrosion, hydrostatic and UT/ET NDT, with complete quality certificates.
VCI anti-rust film, end caps, bundling and wooden cases ensure protection for ocean transportation and storage.
We handle customs declaration, inspection, origin certificate, logistics, documentation and clearance support. We accept FOB, CIF, CFR and other trade terms.
We offer material selection, thickness calculation, standard matching and installation advice for seawater cooling, ballast, fire fighting and EGCS systems.
Samples and trial pipes are available for project testing, owner approval and small-batch orders.
Stable production ensures on-time delivery. We provide timely after-sales support for quality issues and document completion.
